СПАСИБО !!!

Yes, the below message is a cry for small financial help from my wife and I. We want to raise 500 euro's. We have so far raised 400.

Please feel free to not read on. If you do, don't feel obliged to help, of course. But if you do want to help, send us an email at fredhandl@gmail.com.

My wife and I will make sure the money goes directly to Sonja Shilova.

Dear friends,

It's the first time in my life I'm writing a message like this. Since I have gotten my daughter, I have become an active member of a Russian mothers' portal www.materinstvo.ru. It is very large, and it also does charity projects, as there are as many sick children in Russia and Ukraine as anywhere else in the world. Children, whose parents have no insurance policies, so they have to collect very large sums of money to cure their kids.

Today I read about a mother from a small provincial Russian town Kotelnikovo. Her 8 month-old daughter has a crippled hand. The mother has already found an institution in St. Petersburg where her little girl can be operated - free of charge - but she cannot pay their 2-months stay in the city. The mother is asking for 21 thousand roubles, which is about 500 euros / 650 dollars. All the information looks trustworthy, so I decided to help with 50 euros. I also decided to write this message and spread the information about little Sonja Shilova.

Please help if you can, any contribution is very, very welcome. I found the information about the mother and daughter here:
